Dear Terry, I had to write you again to say how impressed I was with the speed and efficiency that your Web service (Orchid for Change) provided. Within one hour of my email to you, I received a response from Tanya Renne and before the end of the day I was able to view the page, vote and review the results without any further problems. Nothing short of incredible. Forget what I said in my previous email and don't change a thing. Quality service and attention to detail like that is too hard to come by. Thank you for your help.
